The Mads Are Back! Join Mystery Science Theater 3000 stars Trace Beaulieu and Frank Conniff (“Dr. Clayton Forrester” and “TV’s Frank”) for this special livestream event as they present an all-new online live-riff on all-new bizarre shorts!

Purchasing a ticket to this event grants you:

  • Livestream access to The Mads Are Back on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 @ 8pm ET

  • Download access to the movie portion of the event provided within 48 hours of the broadcast ending

  • Streamable access to bonus features such as the event's pre-show reel, the Q&A that follows the movie, and any trailers associated with the event

FAQ

  • We had to put direct ticketing on hold. It was creating a bit of an accounting nightmare for our very small team.

    All tickets for The Mads Are Back events must be purchased via Eventbrite.

  • You may be able to cast or AirPlay from compatible devices. But please keep in mind this is an online livestream. There are many factors unique to your configuration that may prevent you from casting the event to your TV.

    As a result, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to watch this event from anywhere other than on a computer or mobile device that is connected to the internet.

    We want you to have the very best experience possible, but assisting with casting, AirPlaying, or troubleshooting your device falls outside our scope of support.     The most reliable way to watch the event on your TV is to connect your computer to your TV using an HDMI cable. You can browse cables and adapters on Amazon here.

  • The show will broadcast via a private YouTube link. The link to watch will be posted on Eventbrite's Online Event Page about an hour prior to showtime. In some instances, we may need to broadcast via an alternative platform.

  • Yes! Anyone who purchases a ticket prior to showtime also receives download access within 48 hours of the broadcast ending. Just login to Eventbrite and head to the event's Online Event Page to access.

  • While the film plays, only the voices of The Mads will be heard riffing. Trace & Frank will only be on screen during the very beginning for a quick intro and again at the end of the show for a Q&A.

  • That depends on what kind of parent you are. Strong language is used, but that's about it.

  • Yes! Anyone who purchases a ticket prior to showtime will receive a link to download the show within 24 hours of the broadcast ending. If you don't see your email, you can always login to Eventbrite to access the Online Event Page.

  • There is no need to wait on emails to access the livestream or download. Simply login to Eventbrite to access the Online Event Page. Still having trouble? Email chris@dumb-industries.com

  • If for any reason the livestream gets interrupted on our end, all ticket holders will receive a link to download a recording of the show's dress rehearsal, recorded live the night before.

  • Yes! If you are doing this, make sure to enter their name and email address on the attendee's info at checkout. This way they'll receive all the emails on how to access the livestream and download the show afterwards. If you forgot to enter their info, email chris@dumb-industries.com to update.

  • We've had to shrink the size of our downloads as we were exceeding our monthly bandwidth limit. This small change has allowed us to keep ticket prices low and still be able to offer a free download with every ticket.

  • Incorrect! The entire livestream -- the pre-show, intro, intermission, and Q&A are all still included as streamable bonuses in your Vimeo library. You can watch them as much as you'd like, whenever you'd like.

  • We can't offer two versions of every show at different prices, sorry! On top of it confusing customers, we don't have the resources to stay on top of adding alternate versions of each show. We are a very small team!
