No experience needed. Use watercolor, crayons, oil paint, markers, or an iPad app. Jackey guides with acrylic on canvas—you do whatever works for you.
Live Every 2nd & 4th Saturday
Sessions run at 3pm ET / 12pm PT. Fourth Saturday sessions also include a movie at 1pm ET / 10am PT to inspire the day's painting.
No Camera Required
Chat live, share your finished work by email, and maybe see it featured on screen. Paint in your pajamas—we won't tell.

Jackey Neyman Jones
Artist · Actress · AuthorJackey Neyman Jones is best known for playing "Debbie" in the 1966 cult classic Manos: The Hands of Fate—later immortalized by Mystery Science Theater 3000. But her real passion has always been art.
A decades-long career in professional faux finishing, co-founder of the Falls City Arts Association, and the kind of host who makes everyone feel like they belong—Jackey brings warmth, humor, and genuine craft to every session.

Yes! And no.
In November 2025, we rebranded and streamlined Jackey's series of online art classes as "Art Draws Us Together," to reflect the communal aspect of the livestreams, but also to veer away from labeling them "classes" or "lessons," since that's not really what they're about.
The schedule and format of the livestreams will remain exactly the same, and all members automatically have access to Art Draws Us Together and all included features.

Art Draws Us Together with Jackey Neyman Jones occurs every second and fourth Saturday of the month at 3pm ET / 12pm PT.
On the fourth Saturday, members are also treated to a movie beginning at 1pm ET / 10am PT -- which often inspires whatever we're painting that afternoon.

Yes!
These sessions are designed for all levels, from beginner to expert.
You are encouraged to use whatever supplies you are comfortable with, including watercolor, markers, crayons, or painting apps you might use on your iPad!

Absolutely not!
Jackey will be guiding members using acrylic on canvas, but you are are encouraged to paint with whatever supplies they are comfortable with.
Members often paint with colored pencils, crayons, pastels, oil paints, markers, and tablets. We love seeing what you come up with!

Members just need to be logged into to their Dumb Industries and head to the class homepage. That's it!
Session replays remain available to members to access whenever they'd like.

Yes!
As long as you have an internet connection, you will be able to join and watch any of our sessions on demand.

Not at all!
A camera & microphone are not required or even necessary. As long as you have an internet connection, you’re good to go.
All members will be able to use live chat to ask questions or offer comments during sessions if they choose, but only Jackey will be visible on screen. You can paint in your pajamas if you’d like!
At the end of every session, you have the option to email your work to have it shown on screen in real-time with other viewers.
We also love featuring your work in the gallery, so don’t forget to email us whenever you finish a session!
