  • Dumb Industries is an independent production company based out of Forest Hills, Queens founded by comedian and producer Chris Gersbeck. We specialize in producing regular online content for both comedians and artists.

  • Dumb Television is our ad-supported 24/7 Twitch channel that offers marathons of Dumb content in addition to all of our livestreams.

    We do not archive anything on the Twitch channel, but you can join The Dumb Clubhouse to access all our content on demand as well as Dumb 24/7 ad-free!

  • The best way to keep up on everything we have going on is to join the Dumb newsletter. You'll also regularly receive discounts and opportunities to win free stuff!

    Members of The Dumb Clubhouse receive email reminders shortly before we go live so you'll never miss out on anything.

  • Yes! If you purchased a ticket to The Mads Are Back via Eventbrite, you can login to your Eventbrite account, hover over your profile in the upper right corner, click on "Tickets" and then "See past orders."

    Each event has its own unique online event page that includes directions on how to redeem your free download. Click on "Go to online event page" to access.

  • We’ve retired some payment plans due to rising bandwidth costs. However, you are grandfathered into whatever payment plan you originally signed up for.

    Please keep in mind, if you cancel your existing plan, only our current pricing plans will be available should you decide to rejoin.

  • Yes, we do! The Dumb Clubhouse launched in September 2025 and is an all-inclusive membership to access Dumb Industries live and on demand, completely ad-free, starting at just $7.50/month. You can learn more about it here.

  • Yes! As of March 2026 we now offer annual payment options on all of our membership plans, which includes TWO FREE MONTHS.

The Dumb Store

  • If you never received your order, please email store@dumb-industries.com. Merch and books ship separately, so you may receive your order in multiple packages.

  • We do! Dumb Store Gift Cards can be used towards anything in The Dumb Store.

    Please keep in mind, Dumb Store Gift Cards cannot be used towards any recurring memberships, audiobooks or for downloads at Dumb Video.

  • Merchandise orders are fulfilled by our supplier Printful and typically take between 5-10 days, but often show up even sooner.

    Book orders with personalized autographs can take up to 2 weeks to ship because the authors themselves fulfill those orders. If you need a book sooner or by a certain date, please email chris@dumb-industries.com so we can attempt to accommodate.

  • There are no refunds on digital orders or personalized book orders.

    Because our merchandise is printed “on demand” by our supplier Printful, we cannot refund items due to buyer’s remorse.

    If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong order, please email chris@dumb-industries.com.

  • We do! There's literally always something on sale at Dumb Industries. You can check This Week's Dumb Deals to see what kind of discounts we currently have available.

  • Dumb Video is our online digital video store where you can purchase downloads from our video catalog.

    PLEASE NOTE: As of June 2025, we have migrated our VOD catalog from Vimeo to Gumroad to enhance your shopping experience.

    If you previously purchased downloads via Vimeo, you can still access all of your purchases by logging into your Vimeo library here.

    Can't access a past download? Email chris@dumb-industries.com and we will sort it out ASAP.

  • PLEASE NOTE: As of June 2025, we have migrated our VOD catalog from Vimeo to Gumroad to enhance your shopping experience.

    You can still access all of your Vimeo purchases by logging into your Vimeo library here.

    You can access any purchases made via Gumroad by logging into you Gumroad library here. This includes both videos and audiobooks.

    Purchases made via Gumroad are linked to whatever email your made your purchase with.

  • At the moment, no. Sorry! We'd love to offer DVD's and Blu-rays or our content, but we are a very small operation and don't have the space or manpower to handle fulfillment.

  • Short answer: no.

    Long answer: Gumroad is a third-party video-on-demand provider and we don't have a way to link those purchases to your Dumb Industries account.

    Purchases made via Gumroad are linked to whatever email your made your purchase with. You can access your Gumroad library at any time by clicking here.

  • You can access any audiobook purchases made via Gumroad by logging into you Gumroad library here.

    If you purchased an audiobook prior to June 2025, you can access your purchase by logging into your Dumb Industries account here.

    Purchases made via Gumroad are linked to whatever email your made your purchase with. Creating a Gumroad account is optional, but if you decide to create one all your Gumroad purchases will be synced to your account

    Gumroad is a third-party provider and we don't have a way to link those purchases to your Dumb Industries account.
