The Mads Are Back! Join Mystery Science Theater 3000 stars Trace Beaulieu and Frank Conniff (“Dr. Clayton Forrester” and “TV’s Frank”) for this special livestream event as they live-riff on the 1959 horror flick by legendary director Ed Wood: NIGHT OF THE GHOULS! Stick around for a post-show Q&A with The Mads and very special guest, musician Cat Popper, who has played bass with everyone from Willie Nelson to Jack White!

  • We had to put direct ticketing on hold. It was creating a bit of an accounting nightmare for our very small team.

    All tickets for The Mads Are Back events must be purchased via Eventbrite.

  • You may be able to cast or AirPlay from compatible devices. But please keep in mind this is an online livestream. There are many factors unique to your configuration that may prevent you from casting the event to your TV.

    As a result, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to watch this event from anywhere other than on a computer or mobile device that is connected to the internet.

    We want you to have the very best experience possible, but assisting with casting, AirPlaying, or troubleshooting your device falls outside our scope of support. Our helpful and friendly fan community can most likely assist during the event in the live-chat or by asking for help in our Discord server.

    The most reliable way to watch the event on your TV is to connect your computer to your TV using an HDMI cable. You can browse cables and adapters on Amazon here.

  • The show will broadcast via a private Vimeo link which will be sent to ticket holders an hour prior to showtime. If you don't see your email, you can always login to Eventbrite to access the Online Event Page.

  • Yes. As long as you have internet access you will be able to watch and/or download the show.

  • While the film plays, only the voices of The Mads will be heard riffing. Trace & Frank will only be on screen during the very beginning for a quick intro and again at the end of the show for a Q&A.

  • That depends on what kind of parent you are. Strong language is used, but that's about it.

  • Yes! Anyone who purchases a ticket prior to showtime will receive a link to download the show within 24 hours of the broadcast ending. If you don't see your email, you can always login to Eventbrite to access the Online Event Page.

  • If for any reason the livestream gets interrupted on our end, all ticket holders will receive a link to download a recording of the show's dress rehearsal, recorded live the night before.

  • The link to access the livestream will be sent to you via email about an hour prior to showtime (so around 7pm ET). It will also be posted on the event's "Online Event Page" on Eventbrite. If you don't see it in your email, check your spam folder!

  • Official Mads merchandise including t-shirts, poster prints and more can be purchased at the Dumb Industries online store (https://dumb-industries.com/store)

  • Yes! If you are doing this, make sure to enter their name and email address on the attendee's info at checkout. This way they'll receive all the emails on how to access the livestream and download the show afterwards. If you forgot to enter their info, email chris@dumb-industries.com to update.
