Matt & Chris are in full-on SPOOKY mode this week as Matt dials in from a beach house porch that looks suspiciously like his Brooklyn apartment’s porch, to recap a busy week at Dumb, catch up with Emmy Martian, take a look at disturbing McDonald’s Hallowen McNuggets, watch Tom Savini freak out David Letterman, and wrap it all up by watching Bill Bixby have dinner with Vincent Price and a goat in an amazing episode of Rod Serling’s Night Gallery!

Matt & Chris reconvene following a harrowing several hours of not speaking to kick off DUMB SPOOKY SEASON starting with Matt & Chris giggling at tombstones, before moving on to recap a very Emmy-centric week at Dumb with Emmy Martian, watch Rowdy Roddy Piper bully a bunch of kids, and then watch an actually really good episode of Alfred Hitchock Presents starring Jessica Tandy and William Shatner and the creepiest goddamn ventriloquist dummy you’ve ever seen. Oh dear.

The two dudes unknowingly begin The Dumb Industries Mystery Hour’s FIFTH season, this week by recapping an abnormally busy week at Dumb, checking out some amazing Weekly World News covers, catching up with Emmy Martian, watching the second half of a bizarre Star Trek parody, and then getting into this week’s theme: CARTOONS BASED ON COMIC STRIPS! Which results in the crew watching yet another episode of Garfield and Friends because, of course.
